Project management is the practice of

the work of a team to achieve specific goal
and meet specific success criteria
at the specified time.

Agile

Agile software development comprises various approaches
to software development under which requirements and solutions evolve
through the collaborative effort of self-organizing and
cross-functional teams and their customer/end user.

DevOps

DevOps is a set of practices that combines
software development and information-technology operations
which aims to shorten the systems development life cycle
and provide continuous delivery with high software quality.

Service Management

IT service management refers to the entirety
of activities – directed by policies, organized and structured in processes
and supporting procedures – that are performed by an organization
to design, plan, deliver, operate and control
information technology services offered to customers.

Commercial Management

Commercial management is
“the identification and development of business opportunities
and the profitable management of projects and contracts,
from inception to completion.” Commercial Management within an organization is applied only at policy levels.

Business Analysis

Business analysis is a research discipline of identifying
business needs and determining solutions to business problems.
Solutions often include a software-systems development component,
but may also consist of process improvement, organizational change
or strategic planning and policy
development.

Quality Management

Quality management ensures that an organization,
product or service is consistent. It has four main components:
quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement.
Quality management is focused not only on product and service quality,
but also on the means to achieve it.

Computer security, cybersecurity or information technology security
is the protection of computer systems and networks from the theft of
or damage to their hardware, software, or electronic data,
as well as from the disruption or misdirection of the services they provide.

AI and Machine Learning

While machine learning is based on the idea
that machines should be able to learn and adapt through experience,
AI refers to a broader idea where machines can execute tasks “smartly.”
Artificial Intelligence applies machine learning,
deep learning and other techniques to solve actual problems.
